Eligibility
You must be 21 or older and legally permitted to buy and receive these products where you live. Placing an order is your confirmation of both.
Prices and availability
Prices on this site are indicative and reflect the catalogue at the time of the last update. Stock moves fast; the price and availability confirmed in your quote is the one that applies. We may correct errors in listed pricing before an order is confirmed.
Orders
An order exists once we have confirmed stock, quoted a total and received payment. Until then nothing is reserved. We may decline any order at our discretion, including where age or destination cannot be verified.
Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes on delivery. See shipping and payment.
Returns
Report damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Opened consumable products cannot be returned.
No medical claims
These products are intended for adults 21 and over. They have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Buyers are responsible for knowing the law in their own state and locality before ordering.
Compliance
Buyers are responsible for compliance with the law where they live, including any licensing they need to resell. Reselling into a jurisdiction where these products are prohibited is not permitted.
